Terry Minter – Director and founder.
Aged 38 Terry has worked within the sales and marketing arena for just over 20
years across a diverse range of industry sectors including five years
with Motorcycle News (MCN). He started as an area account manager
responsible for generating new business as well as services existing accounts.
Several years later he headed up the ‘MCN Bureau’, which was an advertising
agency within the publishing companies portfolio.
Terry was later introduced to the IT industry when he took on the role as a
business development manager for a software testing organisation, offering
consultancy services and solutions to major blue chip organisation throughout
the UK and Europe. |
More recently he was has worked within the automotive industry selling for main
and specialist used dealerships offering brands such as BMW and Mercedes. He
understands the pressures large and small retail business face to stay
competitive. Terry believes Motorcycle dealers will embrace Motorcycle Trade
Desk, and it will quickly be implemented as an integral tool to their business.

Peter Archer - Sales & Marketing Manager
Peter Archer has extensive experience built over many years in both retail and
trade businesses, large and small. His first job as a manager was of a
motorcycle dealership at the age of 24, managing a group of men almost twice
his age. Peter remarked - “diplomacy was key”.
His last 27 years were spent with Motor Cycle News, which is part of EMAP, one
of the largest publishing and media groups in the UK. He started on MCN as an
Ad Rep and worked his way up to Advertisement Director. During his time at EMAP
he was responsible for launching many successful new ventures to the motorcycle
trade and managing major motorcycle industry events.
Peter says "When Terry came to me with his idea I knew instantly it was a
winner and a service which would be of invaluable assistance to motorcycle
